Easily the best megaminx on the market. It has an amazing and fast turning feel.
I preordered the black-sided UV version 6 weeks ago and I've really been looking forward to it. It arrived this morning and it was totally worth the wait! It's not only an amazing megaminx, it's probably the nicest, most high-quality puzzle I've ever used. I have 2 Dayan Megaminx Pros as well (standard and large versions), and I love them, but the Gan is just on another level. The UV coating is great and the puzzle just feels perfect in my hands. I haven't done any kind of setup and probably won't any time soon as it feels pretty much perfect to me straight out of the box. It's an expensive puzzle, but I can honestly say that it's absolutely worth every penny.
Big thanks to SpeedCubeShop for their regular communications to let me know the status of my preorder and giving me updates on the expected shipping times. They also offered me the option to get a discount on other product if I'd wanted to cancel my preorder and select another in-stock item. I appreciated the offer, but I knew I wanted to wait for this puzzle. I'm glad I did, because it's amazing. I can stop buying megaminxes now as the Gan Megaminx Maglev is the last one I'll ever need.

Hello I have reviewed a lot of things on speed cube shop. I do have to names. you may know me as S.A. but i usually use the name J.T. Anyway I am a big fan of UV coating.
I do recommend the UV coated version because in competition it does make it more grippy.
I recommend black pieces over gray pieces because it helps a lot with recognition. in other words, it is easier to tell the difference between two colors. so the answer to the first question what cube should i get? the final result is the Stickerless (black) (UV coated).
If you are going to get it, get the black tiled UV coated version.
